In partnership with Sanders County Public Health, the Care Van will be providing access to back-to-school immunizations in communities throughout Sanders County.

The schedule of Care Van clinics is:

September 9th – Noxon school @ 9:00 AM, Trout Creek school @ 11:00 AM & Thompson Falls school @ 1 PM

September 10th – Plains school @ 9:00 AM & Hot Springs school @ 12 PM.
