The Care Van has partnered with Jefferson County Public
Health to offer a COVID-19 vaccination clinic as well as
at-home COVID-19 test kits.
*Ages 5 and up are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian.
*The Moderna vaccine will also be available for first,
second, or booster doses for those 18 and older.
