The Care Van is partnering with Park County Public Health to offer access to flu shots in multiple locations around Livingston. We will be at Caslen Assisted Living at 9 am , Frontier Assisted Living at 11:30 am, Livingston Health and Rehab at 2 pm. These are all for staff and residents only.
The Care Van has partnered with Park County Public Health to provide access to flu shots at Yellowstone Forever Community Center in Gardiner from 11am to 6pm.
The Care Van is partnering with Toole County Public Health to provide access to Flu and COVID immunizations at the health fair in Shelby.
The Care Van is partnering with the Lewis and Clark County Health Department to offer immunizations at CR Anderson Middle School in Helena.
The Care Van is partnering with Smiles Across Montana and Little Shell Tribal Health to provide access to dental care at the Little Shell Powwow in Great Falls.
